Acti-Labs legacy system was slow and hard to manage with a growing user base. It was hard to extend their website feature and there was no data backup service.

SOLUTION

Peersol developed a new system based on Opencart and migrated all their data with various additional features without affecting their sales.

Peersol developed a new system based on Opencart and migrated all their data with various additional features without affecting their sales.

RESULT

The new system is flexible and easy to use. It has significantly reduced Acti-Labs’ costs and allowed the data to be accessed from anywhere which has enabled their staf to work from home, or anywhere.

Peersol also automated the process of development, testing and release for future development. So now multiple developers can work simultaneously, they can merge their code, we can move data and code base from development environment to staging and then from staging to live, without any manual migrations. We enabled an automated data backup service.

Finally, Peersol ran a suite of diagnostic services to identify any issues relating to network infrastructure or software architect. This was presented in client diagnostic reports with suggested infrastructure changes.
