Problem Statement

Tackling OperationalChallenges with a Hybrid Offshore Team

Summit approached Peersol for services for their client PSA Group, seeking support in automating and enhancing their online used cars sales process. Summit suggested PSA to rebuild a new platform using opensource solution called Opencart, and integrate it to Salesforce application. The project was initiated with tight strategic timelines agreed upon by PSA and Summit. Summit selected Peersol to develop the entire system and provide technical resources to collaborate closely with the Summit team, ensuring successful delivery within the specified timeframe.

This project required a team consisting of 5-7 developers, 1 project manager, and 1 QA manager to be assembled within a few weeks, aimed at supporting PSA Group’s rapidly expanding operations. Along with team building, Summit faced several challenges with PSA Group’s existing system: their sales and web leads were not integrated, leading to inefficiencies in the sales process, and their pricing system was outdated, impacting overall productivity. To resolve these issues, Summit sought Peersol’s expertise in two main areas: building an effective offshore team and automating and integrating the website to enhance functionality, streamline processes, and improve user experience for PSA Group.

Peersol provided a comprehensive solution to Summit by setting up a hybrid offshore team in UK-PAK to support PSA Group’s operational needs. Hybrid Offshore Team Building
To support Summit's operations, Peersol set up a hybrid offshore team, consisting of 4 software developers, 1 QA manager, and 1 project manager. The team worked collaboratively between the UK and Pakistan, ensuring round-the-clock support, flexibility, and seamless project execution.
Salesforce
To automate and streamline Summit’s sales cycle, we implemented Salesforce, a powerful CRM platform. This solution enabled automated lead management, enhanced customer engagement, and optimised sales processes, driving efficiency and improving conversion rates.
OpenCart
