Most projects land between 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. A single-workflow automation (e.g. CRM sync + Slack alerts) typically takes 1–2 weeks. Multi-stage pipelines or integrations with legacy APIs take 4–6 weeks. We scope this precisely on the discovery call and give you a fixed timeline before work starts.
Projects start from £2,500 for a focused single-workflow build. Most client engagements fall in the £4,000–£12,000 range depending on the number of integrations, data volume, and error-handling complexity. We quote fixed-price, not hourly, so you always know what you're paying before we start.
You do, completely. We hand over all n8n JSON exports, credentials documentation, and architecture notes. There's no proprietary wrapper, no ongoing licence fee, and no dependency on Peersol to keep your automations running. If you want us to continue as a retainer, that's an option — but it's never a requirement.
Every project includes a 30-day warranty period during which we fix any bugs at no extra charge. For ongoing peace of mind, we offer a monitoring retainer that covers proactive alerts, monthly health checks, and same-day fixes. Many clients run their workflows entirely self-managed after handover — we document everything clearly so your team can maintain it too.
Not necessarily. We can build on n8n Cloud (managed by n8n), your own self-hosted instance, or help you set up a DigitalOcean / AWS deployment as part of the project. We'll recommend the right option based on your data sensitivity, budget, and how much control you want over the infrastructure.
